1. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Returning or changing your order is very simple.
You have a period of 15 calendar days from the moment you contact us and you can choose between the following three options:
If the item you have bought you love, but you need another size and / or color, don't worry. Change it, we will take care of collecting it for free, and send you the size / color you need as long as we have stock available :). You must process it through firstname.lastname@example.org. (Only Spain). Balearic Islands and Canary Islands and the Rest of the Countries will have to make a return and a new order. Does not include OUTLET and REDUCED products (cost € 5).
If for any reason, the article does not convince you, you can exchange it for any other article of lower, higher or equal value. You must process it through email@example.com.
If you want to return your item and have the money reimbursed, you must make the return through your customer account at "MERCHANDISE RETURNS" or communicate it to the email firstname.lastname@example.org . We will take care of collecting the merchandise from your home (cost € 5 for the Peninsula, € 7 for the Balearic Islands and Portugal). The Canary Islands and the rest of the countries must return the article to the following address:

The payment will be managed through the accounting department in a period of 7 to 15 working days.
The product must be in perfect condition and keep all its labels and packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

IMPACT ON THE ARTICLE
The return of our products will be accepted when they arrive broken or in poor condition to the client, notifying the incident immediately, providing evidence or photographs of the breakage if requested.
Although we make every effort to guarantee the precision and accuracy of the content of this website, the characteristics and / or photographs of the products may contain errors or inaccuracies.
If the delivered product does not match the one requested in the order, you must notify us immediately. Contact us through email@example.com and we will process it immediately.
